At Ainsoft Studios LLC, we’re committed to delivering high-quality aerial photography and videography services. We value your trust and strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every experience. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Service Bookings & Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled shoot are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 3–6 days will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to time and resource commitments.

2. Digital Deliverables

Due to the custom and creative nature of our work:

• Refunds are not issued once final edited photos or videos are delivered.
• If there is a technical issue or concern with the final product, we will gladly review and offer revisions within 7 days of delivery.

3. Rescheduling

We understand things happen! We offer one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 48 hours prior to the original booking. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe and/or Square. Any transaction disputes must be handled through your payment provider’s official process.
